Frequently Ask Questions
How do I File a Complaint about an appraiser
Should you feel that you have a legitimate complaint on the performance of any appraiser, that complaint should be filed with the state appraisal board for the state in which the appraisal was performed. We have a list of those boards located at State Appraisal Boards. The information contained on those pages is the latest contact information we have. You may be able to locate more up to date information on the Appraisal Subcommittee's web page.
Should you decide to file a complaint with APPRAISERSdotCOM.
You Must Complete and Return the Complaint Form.
Complaints filed by any other method will not be accepted.
Complaints Cannot Be Filed by E-mail or through the Feedback form.
The Company/Appraiser named in the complaint will be notified and allowed an opportunity to respond.
A copy of the complaint will be placed in the file of the reported Appraisal Company.
