You can be sure that your account is always up to date by having your credit card set up for Automatic Billing.
This protects your Senority and Insures that you will Not Lose your Listing Position due to Non-Payment.

Late Fee - $10.00
(If Paid after / Postmarked after Late Fee date as indicated on Invoice.)
Letters received without a Postmark will be considered mailed three (3) days prior to receipt.
Reactivation Fee - $30.00
(If Paid after Re-activation date, or Postmarked after Late Fee date, as indicated on Invoice.)
Accounts Removed for Non-Payment will lose listing position.

Returned Checks * - $25 Fee for all Returned Checks
* Accounts not settled within 48 hours of notification
will lose Listing Position and
will be assessed additional Late Fee and Re-activation Fee.
* Accounts not settled within 30 days of notification
will have information forwarded to their State Appraisal Board.
