  The Assessor's Office prepares the Annual Grand List of taxable and non-taxable property and assesses and values real estate, business personal property, and motor vehicles. After applicable exemptions are applied, the result is the Town's Net Taxable Grand List. The Town of Manchester was last required to complete a townwide real property revaluation for the October 1, 1990, Grand List.
